Transparent Solutions was founded in 1999 by Andrew Lawrence, a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE). After nearly two decades of working in the IT field, Andrew recognized a pattern among companies without a dedicated support service. When a system crashed or something broke, a high-priced technician would come in to fix it, leaving the company with a sky-high bill and no idea how to prevent the problem from reoccurring. Recognizing the need for an alternative to these expensive emergency services, Andrew founded Transparent, basing his business model on comprehensive, proactive IT support at a flat-rate monthly fee.
Based in Vancouver, Transparent focuses on establishing long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients.
